If you do not receive a confirmation (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please confirm with our Customer Service Department that your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Pangea is not responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was or was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Billing address and other billing information is verified as part of the purchase process. If we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information, our customer service department will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we cannot reach you, your order may be canceled. Your personal information will be kept private and will not be sold or disclosed unless required by law.

You agree not to copy, reproduce or transmit, or aid in copying, reproducing or transmitting, any portion of the product. You acknowledge that you may be liable for losses or damages if you allow this product to be copied, reproduced or transmitted. In addition to other security features, products may be watermarked to track pirate or counterfeit copies back to the original purchaser.
